OUR U16 BOYS - REGIONAL CHAMPIONS US CLUB SOCCER 2009 NATIONAL CUP

US CLUB SOCCER REGIONAL CHAMPIONS - U16 BOYS Over this past weekend (Saturday June 6, Sunday June 7 and Monday June 8 – 2009) our Coral Springs Storm U-16 boys soccer team participated in the US Club Soccer 2009 National Cup VIII Jacksonville Regional tournament. We played 4 games and were champions of the Premier Group. I would like to thank the players for the hard work they have put in, the parents for the support they have given to the players and the team. I would also like to thank the club (Suzette, Dr. Meerof, Carlos, Fernando, Heather, et al) for the continued support it has given us throughout the season. By virtue of us winning the regional competition, we have been invited to participate in the National Cup VIII Finals in Virginia Beach, Virginia next month (July 25-28, 2009).
We will be preparing for this event in the coming weeks.

‘fishing’ soccer balls from the nearby canal!
